I tried to express my opinion on the website but it kept reloading and disconnecting and I decided fate didn't want me to post there BUT I can't hold it in.
I don't have friends to talk with about k dramas so internet, be my friend. Be my ear for right now, please.
Wah. Where do I start with this drama?
Oh first of off. Spoiler alert 🚨 x a million!!!!!!!
Ok.now that that's out of the way, let me begin again. It had been a while since I've watched k drama just bc of school and me trying to be a responsible adult but literally failing, lol. Sorry I keep getting off track.
What I'm trying to say is there was something that bothered me about the drama. The actors were really good but I knew the plot line was going to break my heart. But I was hoping it would be different this time.
I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED MY INSTINCT.
My heart is not satisfied with the ending!
My heart was rooting for the ghost the whole time. I knew she was dead. She's a ghost so why did I put myself onto such a dead ship? Huh? What's wrong with me? Huh?
Tsk. I can't do it. I can't wish them a happy ending even though there was. It was the ghost that he was in love with! All those moments! I mean every time, it was her! But then all of a sudden the girl just has a change in personality and it's her that he's in love with?
Yes I understand that she's a ghost and dead and would have turned into an evil spirit but why raise the love flag if you're just going to stab me with it?
It's not that I'm not proud of the girl for shedding her shy personality and being outgoing but did they have to make the personalities so alike? It makes me not want to root for their love. I mean. Sigh. I'm still angry over it. Th ghost deserved better.
But I do have to say that Bo young plays the ghost's personality incredibly welll; she's a great actress and I loved the main lead's tsundere personality and how sometimes he would turn away and smile so that she wouldn't see.
I wouldn't watch it again but I'm glad that I did see it.
Okay. Lol. Now that I'm done complaining I want to say that the true MVP of the whole thing was Joon. I've never seen a better Cupid. He didn't play the stupid love triangle card but instead rotted for the two people that he loved. He gets two thumbs up! 👍 👍
