Hong ki is adorable. Just adorable, but I gotta say that doo-rim was the star.
I have a thing against female leads, lol call it my jaded self, so I almost wrote this off, in fact I did for a couple of years, but I had some time off and no new shows seemed to peak my interest.
Anyways, I've always loved hong-ki, he's just adorable? lol, and it's hard for muscians to act, well, for me it seems forced whenever they do, but I loved him.
Okay, kind of hated him at first, bc he played the whole i'm better than you bc I"m rich thing, but that was the whole concept of the show.
And it was cliche, but I kind of loved it? like a lot? lol.
rich guy gets into an arranged marriage. but the twist? it's not to who he thinks it is, instead he's duped into marrying a look a like country bumpkin who at first was a little annoying with her loudness, but her kindness brings out emotions the man had been trying to keep hidden.
the supernatural aspect was kind of random honestly. lol, i'm not even sure if it was necessary at this point, but w/e.
the thing though that bothered me was the DANG LOVE TRIANGLE. WHY? WHY did they have to do that? why did they have to force that brother guy into a love triangle? if they had just left him as a friend, it would have been better, but as any k drama fan knows, love triangles are apparently essential. ugh.
